A slightly sweet take on the classic sourdough loaf. Prepared with traditional methods using Sourdough starter, this cold fermented bread takes 3 days to make from "starter" to finish and has a rich flavour with a mild sharpness. This hearty loaf has a soft crumb and satisfying crust that makes for excellent sandwiches or toast.

 Ingredients: Buckwheat Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Water, Tapioca Starch, Millet Flour, Oat Flour, White Rice Flour, Oats,  Whole Eggs, Psyllium husk, Honey.

Storing your bread:

  • Store in airtight container / plastic bag for 2-3 days 
  • After 3 days, slice and freeze
  • We recommend toasting after freezing
