Artisan sourdough deep dish pizza crust that's fully baked and reheats to a soft and fluffy deep dish crust. Perfect for your favourite pizza or focaccia toppings.

Storing Your Crust

  • Store in airtight container / plastic bag for 1-2 days at room temperature
  • After 2 days freeze the crust (can bake from frozen)

Baking Your Pizza after adding your toppings:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • From Fresh: Bake 15-20 minutes, until the edges become slightly browned
  • From Frozen: Bake 20-30 minutes, until the edges become slightly browned
